How we help

Two ways we protect your family

One side secures what you already have. The other teaches your family how to build more of it. Most people start with a free conversation and decide from there.

Estate planning

Protect what you built

Keep your home, savings, and business out of probate court and in the hands of the people you choose.

  • Protect your family
  • Preserve your assets
  • Leave a lasting legacy
  • Avoid costly probate

Financial education

Build what comes next

Plain-language, judgment-free financial literacy for your whole family — and for your church, business, or community group.

Estate planning services

Protect what matters most

Choose the one that sounds most like your situation. Each starts with the same free 30-minute conversation.

Protect your family

Life is unpredictable. Your plan ensures your loved ones are protected — financially and legally — the moment they need it.

  • Who steps in, and when
  • Medical and financial decision-makers
  • Support for a spouse or aging parent
Protect my family

Preserve your assets

Courts may decide who manages your assets. Keep control of your legacy — your home, savings, and business stay on your terms.

  • Home and real property
  • Retirement and bank accounts
  • Small business ownership
Keep control of my assets

Leave a lasting legacy

Ensure your wishes are honored for generations — not interpreted years later by someone who never knew you.

  • Gifts to children and grandchildren
  • Charitable and church giving
  • Letters of intent and final wishes

Avoid probate

Probate is public, slow, and expensive. The right structure moves your assets to your family without a courtroom in the middle.

  • Living trust design
  • Funding your trust properly
  • Beneficiary and title review

Guardianship for minors

Name the person you trust to raise your children, so they are never placed under court supervision by default.

  • Primary and backup guardians
  • Money held for a child’s future
  • Instructions for care and schooling

Living trusts & wills

A complete review of the documents you have — or don’t have yet — with clear next steps and no legal jargon.

  • Trust vs. will, explained plainly
  • Powers of attorney
  • Health care directives

How it works

Four steps, start to signed

Step one

Free consultation

Thirty minutes, no documents required. We listen first and map what you already have in place.

Step two

Design your plan

You see exactly what each document does, who it names, and what it costs before anything is drafted.

Step three

Sign and fund

Documents are executed properly and your assets are actually moved into the plan — the step most people miss.

Step four

Review each year

Marriages, births, moves, and new accounts all change the picture. We keep the plan current with your life.

Why estate planning matters

Life is unpredictable.
Your plan shouldn’t be.

A properly prepared estate plan ensures your loved ones are protected, your wishes are honored, and unnecessary court costs and delays are avoided.

Without a plan
  • Your family may face costly probate
  • Courts may decide who manages your assets
  • Minor children may be placed under court supervision
  • Assets can be delayed, disputed, or lost
With a plan
  • Peace of mind for you and everyone you love
  • Control over your future, written in your own words
  • Protection for your loved ones when they need it most
  • Assets that transfer quickly and privately
Do I really need an estate plan if I don’t have much?

A plan is less about the size of your estate and more about who is in charge when you can’t be. If you own a home, have retirement accounts, run a business, or have children under 18, a plan saves your family time, money, and arguments.

What’s the difference between a will and a living trust?

A will tells a court what you wanted; a trust generally keeps the court out of it. Trusts are usually faster and private, while wills are simpler but often go through probate. We walk through both and recommend what fits your situation, not a package.

How long does the whole process take?

Most families finish in two to four weeks: one consultation, one design meeting, then signing. Funding the plan — retitling accounts and property — happens right after and is included in the walkthrough.

Are you attorneys?

No. Bruno Legacy Solutions provides estate planning strategy and education, and coordinates with licensed professionals for document preparation and legal review where that is required. You’ll always know who is doing what.

What should I bring to the first meeting?

Nothing. If you already have a will, trust, deed, or beneficiary statements, bring them and we’ll review them together — but the first conversation works fine with just your questions.

Real estate

The property is usually the plan

For most Nevada families, the house is the largest thing they will ever pass on. We help you buy it, sell it, and make sure it ends up where you intended.

Buying & selling

Guidance through a Southern Nevada purchase or sale, with the legacy questions answered before you sign, not after.

  • First home and move-up buyers
  • Downsizing and relocation
  • Selling a home held in a trust
Talk about buying or selling

Property in your plan

A home in your name alone can still go through probate. We make sure the title, the deed, and your trust actually agree with each other.

  • Titling your home into your trust
  • Deed and vesting review
  • Out-of-state and inherited property
Put my property in my plan

Investment property

Rental and legacy property, looked at as part of the whole picture — income today, and a clean handoff to the next generation.

  • First rental property
  • Holding property for your children
  • Keeping it in the family, not in court

The people behind the plan

Bruno Legacy Solutions is a husband-and-wife practice. You will work with both of us, not with a call center.

Cristina (Tina) and Vincent Bruno of Bruno Legacy Solutions

About Tina

Cristina (Tina) J. Bruno

Estate Plan Strategist (EPS) · Plan Consultant · Registered Nurse, 30+ Years

Tina works with families the way she wishes someone had worked with hers: slowly, in plain language, and with every question answered before a single document is signed.

Cristina (Tina) J. Bruno is a Filipino immigrant who came to the United States from the Philippines to work as a nurse. Thirty years later, she is a dedicated leader, educator, and entrepreneur who has built an entire career on serving others — and who now extends that same mission by empowering individuals and families through financial education and literacy.

As a co-founder of Bruno Legacy Solutions, Tina helps people understand estate planning, retirement strategies, asset protection, and final expense planning. Her mission is to educate communities so they can make informed financial decisions, build wealth, and leave a lasting legacy.

Her journey into financial education was inspired by mentors who encouraged her to grow beyond her comfort zone. After attending a leadership launch event in Pomona, she chose to pursue this mission full-time, believing education is the key to financial freedom and security.

Known for her compassion and servant leadership, Tina speaks to healthcare professionals, families, and community groups about financial preparedness and legacy planning. Her goal is to help families become financially informed, protected, and prepared for the future.

Whether she is working as a nurse or educating others in financial wellness, Tina’s purpose remains the same: to serve with integrity and compassion.

She believes God gives each person a purpose — to help others, and to leave a meaningful financial legacy for their families.

  • Estate Planning
  • Retirement Strategies
  • Asset Protection
  • Final Expense Planning

Most people who call have been putting this off for years — not because they don’t care, but because the paperwork feels cold and the language feels written for someone else. Tina’s work begins by removing that barrier. She asks about your family before she asks about your assets.

  • Free, no-pressure first consultation — in person, by phone, or online
  • Plans built around your family, your assets, and your wishes
  • Financial literacy workshops for churches, businesses, and community groups
  • Proudly serving families across Las Vegas and all of Nevada

Plan today. Protect tomorrow. Peace of mind always.
